All our carers are employed by us, with a 12 weeks training program to enhance their skills.
Our service is fully managed by our award winning team, with 24/7 care by our dedicated team.

Our carers
We employ our carers (we don’t use agency staff) and train them before they are sent out to our clients. Our carers are carefully chosen after a rigorous and stringent recruitment process.
Our carers are paid above national living minimum wage, supported and rewarded for their high quality service with incentives upon reaching a high level of performance.

– 2030: Cut emissions by 50% by using hybrid/electric care vehicles and switching to renewable energy in our offices
– 2040: Operate with fully electric vehicles and net-zero energy buildings
– 2050: Achieve full net zero through reductions and certified carbon offsetting
